An awaited update! We have received lots of inquiries about our imminent relocation and the potential for November/December 2019 bookings, and, we can now say with certainty that there will be limited availability. As the Eryn Sphere will be the first to be taken down from the trees, it will not be available to rent in November and December. Melody will be the second to be taken down, and it is available until November 24th. Luna is available until the end of December. These updates have been reflected on our online calendars, under the ‘Availability’ tab, and we do our best to update them twice a day to reflect current available dates. Give us a call to book at 1-250-757-9445! Exciting times ahead!
News and Updates
As many of you may know, we have been aiming to move location for quite some time now, and the tricky balance of finding a suitable forest with all the factors necessary for an enjoyable experience has proven this task to require patience. We are always looking for potential new properties or partners to make this expansion project reach a new level, but in the meantime, we remain here on our original property on Horne Lake Road. Many people have asked how on earth we’d move the Spheres and their respective infrastructure, and it’s just as much of a task as you might imagine! This is a picture of Luna’s stand, taken in June, when Tom and Jamie moved it from the workshop to the grove where Luna is now suspended.
We are pleased to announce that we are now OPEN for the 2019 season, which is scheduled to run from January 1st-October 31st, 2019. Please note that we have made changes to our rates and policies, which are listed under our ‘Rates and Availability’ tab here on our website. Our online calendars are maintained to be as accurate as possible, and we currently have lots of dates available to accommodate your adventurous side with a bed in the trees. Call us at 1-250-757-9445 to make a booking between 9 am and 6 pm (Pacific Time), to secure your booking with a deposit, payable by Visa or MasterCard. The sooner you are able to call, the more likely you will be to secure your desired date(s)! We have a feeling that 2019 is going to be a great year!
We are happy to announce that we are now taking bookings through till December 31st, 2018 at our current location! We are still planning a relocation over the winter and a grand reopening sometime in the spring of 2019.

The sooner you are able to call, the more likely you will be to secure your desired date(s)!

We have been featured on the “Where to Stay” page of the new Travel Vancouver Island website (April 2018)! Pretty cool honor and privilege to represent the face of Vancouver Island accommodations, the year following being granted the “Remarkable Experience” award from the Tourism Industry Association of BC in 2017.
We have been featured in many great books over the years but have made few cover shots. Check out this beautiful new book entitled “The Anatomy of Treehouses:
New Buildings From an Old Tradition” (January 2018). Our hats go off to Jane Field-Lewis and the folks at Pavillion Books in the UK for producing a truly magnificent treehouse book – we’re thrilled with the overall layout, design and content of the book!
